In short: we only collect what we need to handle your booking, we never sell it, and we delete it after 12 months. No tracking cookies, no ads.

Data collected and purposes
When you book online, we receive your name, email address, phone number, date, time, number of guests and any message you add. This data is used only to record your booking, confirm it and contact you if something comes up.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
Bookings are automatically deleted 12 months after the date of the meal.
Recipients
Only the restaurant team can access your data. We use two technical providers:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and booking storage);
- Google (Gmail, to send confirmation emails).
These companies may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. The Google Maps map on the Contact page only loads if you click “Show the map”; Google may then set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing or request its portability, by writing to auxsaveursdechine@gmail.com.
